The Raiders are in playoff mode and they need to be all in all on the same page. Say what you will about the talent on this team, the one thing this team has in spades is chemistry. They trust each other, believe in the coaches, and they all put it on the line for each other. Finally, Raider fans have the ability to be proud of their team on the field and hopefully we can all watch as the Raiders put themselves right back into the thick of the AFC Wildcard race.
