Keys for the game for the Oakland Raiders as they look to win their home finale against the San Diego Chargers on Christmas Eve.

The Raiders face the Chargers for their second meeting of the season on Christmas Eve in Oakland, in a game that is sure to be emotional with the combination of the farewell to Charles Woodson and the possibility that this is the team’s last game in Oakland.

While the Raiders beat the Chargers soundly in San Diego earlier in the year, these divisional two-game series match ups are hard to predict and the Raiders will need to hit some key benchmarks in order to win. Here are five keys for the Raiders to sweep the season series:
