Dream signing: Kelechi Osemele, OG, Baltimore Ravens

Realistic signing: Jeff Allen, OG, Kansas City Chiefs

Osemele is my #1 overall free agent target. If Penn comes back, a combination of Penn-Gabe-Hudson-Osemele and anyone at right tackle would be one of the best offensive lines in the league.

Osemele is going to command record money for a guard, but he also can play left tackle. So he can do that for Oakland if Penn doesn’t come back, or in a year or two when the Raiders and Penn eventually do part ways.

McKenzie has shown his willingness to pay top money to offensive lineman on the free agent market (Rodney Hudson) so it is certainly realistic to think he’ll be willing to do it again.

If Osemele doesn’t sign in Oakland, Jeff Allen is a likely alternative. Allen is a solid guard who also is able to play tackle. That versatility is something McKenzie values in offensive lineman. Brandon Brooks is another realistic option.
