Dream signing: Jermaine Kearse, WR, Seattle Seahawks

Realistic signing: None – sticking with Seth Roberts

So Kearse wouldn’t exactly be a dream signing, but Oakland does need a third wide receiver. Seth Roberts has improved and could get the call, but the team will certainly at least scout the market for an upgrade.

Kearse is a dynamic player and a threat downfield, so he’d make the offense even more dangerous than it already is. Some may point to Rishard Matthews or Travis Benjamin for this, but both will command quality #2 WR money. Same for Marvin Jones.

The most realistic scenario is sticking with Seth Roberts. He flashed enough potential in 2015 to earn at least the opportunity to be the #3 option. A late round draft pick of a WR is likely what will happen.
