Jarran Reed Film: Part 2
The most athletic play on Reed’s film. Outstanding effort here and a great display of Reed taking a smart angle to pursue Deshaun Watson towards the sideline.
Nothing fancy, Reed just does his job here. Holds up strong at the point of attack and makes the tackle on a run up the middle.
Nose tackles often have to deal with double teams. Jarran Reed needs to be more effective in those situations. More so as a pass rusher than in run support.
Great effort on consecutive plays in this clip. Reed making tackles a little bit downfield.
Nice move by Reed to disengage. He uses a pull technique, which takes advantage of when a lineman is leaning too far forward.
