Kenneth Dixon, Louisiana Tech

With over 150 carries in all four of his seasons with Louisiana Tech, running back Kenneth Dixon is an experienced runner that has quietly risen up draft boards in recent weeks.

Dixon, a quick, powerful runner, is a high-effort back that places an emphasis on churning his legs through contact and finishing runs to the echo of the whistle. Given that he can both sidestep and power through defenders at the second level, enemy tacklers struggle to approach Dixon in the hole and often get embarrassed one way or the other. Dixon has also proved that he can reliably catch the ball on passing downs and effectively earn yards after the catch.

At 5’10”, 215 pounds, Dixon has struggled to remain healthy with his violent running style due to his lack of size, and he continued to look small when asked to block in pass protection.

In his last two years with the Bulldogs, Dixon carried the ball 450 times for 2,369 yards and 41 touchdowns. Dixon also brought in 64 receptions for 852 yards and 13 touchdowns.
