  1. Laquon Treadwell, Ole Miss

Though he hasn’t cemented himself as the top receiver due to his lack of speed, former Mississippi receiver Laquon Treadwell still is proven talent and possesses some of the best pure wide receiver traits in this year’s class.

At 6’2”, 221 pounds, Treadwell pairs his ideal size with above-average instincts and strong hands. In the red zone, Treadwell can attack the ball when it’s in the air and will often come down with the reception over some of the better corners in college football. Though he isn’t extremely elusive, Treadwell can bully his way for extra yards after the catch, as he remains balanced through minimal contact and will lower his shoulder for extra yards when necessary.

Treadwell has also managed to have solid production in the final year of his college career with Chad Kelly under center, as he caught 82 receptions for 1,153 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2015, via CFBStats.com.

After running a 4.63-second 40-yard dash at his Pro Day, Treadwell will have a difficult time stretching the field and creating separation against some of the faster corners in the NFL, but still has the potential to become a reliable possession receiver in the NFL if he can prove that he can consistently catch the ball in traffic.
