3. Dan Williams

Dan Williams has an interesting story about why he joined the Raiders last season. Read about his father wanting him to become a Raider and Williams will become one your favorites on the team.

Further, Williams talked about emerging as a leader last season.

The incumbent starter at nose tackle could earn himself a role as captain as he continues leading by example.

Again, the depth on the defensive line could limit Williams’ snaps on the defense. This is probably the biggest con to making Williams a captain.
