1. Khalil Mack

Mack has earned comparisons to greats like Von Miller and Lawrence Taylor. Mack showed those signs as he registered 15 sacks last season.

He also got groomed by recently retired Raiders Justin Tuck and Charles Woodson. Therefore, it should not come as a surprise that Mack was voted the leader of the defense in a recent JBB poll.

This year the defense should center around the All-Pro linebacker and defensive end. Mack should not come off the field. More importantly, Mack should become the captain of the Raiders defense.

At the end of the day, training camp is around the corner. The defensive captain will emerge soon. If the Raiders want to make the best decision, the captain should be third-year star Khalil Mack.
