74. Marvin Hall

A speedster out of Washington, Marvin Hall is coming to the Raiders training camp as an undrafted free agent looking to earn a spot as a potential kick or punt returner. The former Huskies wideout earning himself a look from the Oakland coaching staff due to his blinding speed.

Hall reportedly ran a 4.28 hand-timed 40-yard dash during Washington’s pro day, an encouraging sign that he could be a potential gamebreaker in the return game if utilized as he has similar speed to special teams veteran Taiwan Jones.

Reports have surfaced this offseason that the Raiders are considering keeping Jones and TJ Carrie as the returners this season entering training camp, but Hall should get his looks throughout the summer. If he can make it to the preseason and bust off a few returns, he could be a dark horse to make the 53 man roster as his speed is hard to ignore. Making him more likely than most of the UDFA receivers to have a chance at sticking around beyond training camp.
