55. Korey Toomer
As a fifth-round draft pick in 2012, Toomer has spent a lot of time in the NFL. He’s bounced around a few teams, but is known as a special teams standout.
His official position is linebacker, and although the Raiders could use some depth at the position, Toomer will likely stick to where he excels, and that’s on special teams.
It’s not a flashy role, but it’s a necessary one. Special teams studs don’t get nearly enough credit, so Toomer earns a higher ranking for that reason.
