61. Chris Hackett

Hackett is a smart, instinctive safety with an nose for the football. He recorded 12 interceptions during his career at TCU, including seven in 2014.

He’s a fundamental tackler and is also durable, not missing a single game in college.

At 6’0″ 195 lbs., Hackett has the lengthy type of frame that Del Rio and Norton Jr. both prefer.

Hackett is a limited athlete, however, so that will hurt his upside. But otherwise, he checks a lot of the other boxes and is a quality player overall.
