49. Jon Feliciano

Feliciano was a surprise pick in the fourth-round of the 2015 NFL Draft, as many analysts felt the pick was a reach. But Tice is a big fan, and that’s what matters.

An important trait Feliciano possesses is his versatility, as he is able to play both guard and center. His experience in both roles gives the Raiders some flexibility with the offensive line.

His playing time has been minimal, but he’s impressed when called upon, particularly in the run game. Feliciano plays with a mean streak, and is always a good bet for a training camp scuffle.
