41. Taiwan Jones

Taiwan is one of my personal favorite Raiders. He’s obviously not the most talented player on the roster, but few players work harder, and no player like Taiwan can do literally whatever the team asks of them.

Switching from cornerback to running back, playing special teams, returning kicks, to moving back to cornerback, and then back again to running back — Taiwan will do whatever the team needs him to do.

Players who are willing to sacrifice individual accolades or statistics, and accept roles as the team sees fit are a rare breed. And it’s not like he hasn’t shown he can make plays.
