38. Andre Holmes

A longtime member of the Raiders receiving group, Andre Holmes is the longest serving Oakland wideout on the roster. Getting his break from then head coach Dennis Allen and offensive coordinator Greg Olson in 2013 before settling in as a big play threat with the team.

A tall receiver with good speed, Holmes biggest weapon is his ability to stretch the field and provide a target in the endzone. Holmes finishing with four touchdowns in each of his last two seasons showing just how valuable he is as one of Derek Carr’s options when in need of a big play.

Because of his ability to make spectacular catches and his presence in the red zone, Holmes should be a factor once again for the Raiders this season. When it comes to big play options on the bottom half of the depth chart, there are few better options in the league than Holmes as the Raiders are lucky to have a role player who can consistently make the big catches that Holmes makes every season.
