21. Jon Condo
Condo is the unheralded player on the rankings from 30 to 21. But his importance can’t be understated — remember Travis Goethel?
Condo was signed by the Raiders in 2006, and become the long-snapper the following season. He’s turned out to be one of the best in the business, and has earned himself two trips to the Pro Bowl.
Like all special teams players, it’s not flashy and their impact isn’t seen in the same light as offensive and defensive players, but Condo is damn good at his job, hence his ranking here as the Raiders 21st best player.
