26. Menelik Watson

A former second round pick, Menelik Watson’s NFL career has been dominated by injuries. The Manchester, England-born former Florida State Seminoles offensive lineman failing to live up to his potential due to a lack of time on the field.

Watson missed all of the 2015 season with an Achilles injury as the latest blow in what has been a career filled with injury setbacks. Watson playing in just 17 games in his first three NFL seasons showing just how bad his injury problems have been with the Raiders.

Entering an important season for earning a second NFL contract, Watson needs to prove he can play a full season and be healthy if he wants to stay in Oakland. With all the talent and skills in the world, it is sad that nobody has been able to see Watson’s full potential yet. If Watson wants to finally turn his time in Oakland to a positive it will need to start by being fully healthy for an entire season as that is the first step in the talented offensive lineman being able to reach his full potential.
