30. Neiron Ball
A talented linebacker from Florida, Neiron Ball came to the Oakland Raiders with an inspiring comeback story as he returned from a career-threatening brain injury to become an NFL level talent.
Ball cracked the Raiders roster as a rookie after finishing his college career with the Gators, playing in six games and showing promise before a knee injury shut him down after Week 13. Ending Ball’s successful first season with the Raiders with an injury setback.
According to reports, Ball should be 100% at training camp and ready to go for 2016. With the ability to play in pass coverage, Ball should get his snaps again this season as he has a set of tools the Raiders coaching staff need as they look for the right mix of coverage linebackers to put on the field full-time.
