20. Sebastian Janikowski

The longest serving member of the Silver and Black, Sebastian Janikowski is a franchise legend who is still going strong. The former first round pick of Al Davis continuing to carry the Raiders legacy as the last player on the active roster to have played in a playoff game for the Silver and Black.

Janikowski’s loyalty to the Raiders was rewarded with one of the richest kicking contracts in NFL history in a deal that likely will have SeaBass retiring in Oakland. The 38-year-old Janikowski having a spot on the Raiders roster as long as he wants to keep playing as the franchise have no plans of replacing their longest serving player anytime soon.

Janikowski has struggled with accuracy in recent years, but he still has one of the most powerful legs in the league even nearing the final moments of his long career in Oakland. After waiting since 2002 to get back to the postseason, one last playoff run would be a nice addition to the final chapters of Janikowski’s legendary career with the Silver and Black.
