15. Lee Smith

Lee Smith is a monster. He doesn’t do a lot of different things — he really just does one thing — but he’s amongst the best in the NFL at it. That would be blocking — especially in the run game.

Smith is that player that every fan hates but they would love to have on their team. His game tip-toes the line of dirty and just playing hard, and he thrives when the game gets physical.

Watch any play, and it’s a safe bet that Smith will be the last player still going at it after the whistle blows. He fits the Raiders image to a tee, and he essentially is the Raiders sixth offensive lineman.

With Penn, Osemele, Hudson, Jackson and Smith on the field at the same time, that is as nasty of a group as there is in the NFL.
