Breaking down the week that was for the Oakland Raiders ahead of their preseason finale against the Seattle Seahawks.
First roster cuts are in, and aside from Leon Orr there weren’t any real surprises. Tonight, the Oakland Raiders play their final preseason game at home against the Seattle Seahawks at 10 pm EST.
Although most if not all starters will be spectators for both sides, there are some important things to be determined tonight. There are players fighting for their roster spots, players still trying to make an impression on the staff and garner more playing time, and situations the coaches will want to examine a little closer in game action.
Although it’s far from an important game in the grand scheme of things, it is of the utmost importance to quite a few and that leads to players under pressure.
Following are my Pressures, Hurries and Knockdowns leading into the Raiders preseason finale.
