HURRIES

1) James Cowser didn’t see a snap against the Titans, giving way to Brandon Jackson. Cowser has looked consistently good this whole offseason and in game action, but he can’t think he’s done enough yet. He needs to make the most of any opportunities given to solidify his spot.

2) With Leon Orr being waived in the first round of cuts, it would seem to speak to confidence in UDFA Darius Latham. Latham has impressed coaches, fans, and analysts alike this preseason and should get more chances to show his chops against the Seahawk interior tonight.

3) Poor Neiron Ball. He’s hurt again, didn’t play Saturday and hasn’t practiced this week. Ball has been fantastic when he’s gotten the chance, and he has an absolutely great story of perseverance, but his body continually seems to betray him while his heart works so hard. He’s likely cut or sent to the practice squad, simply because he can’t stay on the field.
