The Oakland Raiders and their fans have been waiting for the return of Mario Edwards Jr. for weeks now, who is yet to play in 2016 due to a hip injury.
It’s been a slower than expected rehab, and this is the first positive sign that Edwards is getting closer to getting back on the field.

Edwards certainly still has a ways to go, but this is a start. At this point, there is no need to rush him back out there. The Raiders are 9-2 without him, so it’s best to just wait until he is absolutely 100 percent healthy.
