4. Jared Odrick

After recently being cut by the Jacksonville Jaguars, Jared Odrick is also set to become apart of the 2017 free agency class.

Odrick is another veteran player who has seven years of NFL experience. Last season, Odrick had 1 sack in six games played, but the season before he flashed some potential by racking up 29 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.

Odrick will also not be turning 30 years old until December, so signing him to a one or two-year contract would not be anything crazy. Odrick would be an intriguing commodity because he would come affordable, and easily outplay his contract.

There are also certain members of Just Blog Baby that think that Reggie McKenzie should consider making a run at Jared Odrick.

3. Chris Baker

Following the theme here, Chris Baker is another veteran defensive end that will be a free agent. Baker, who will be turning 30 years old in October, had 47 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles in 2016.

Although Baker did not post the most eye-popping stats, he is known as someone who takes up space in the middle of the defensive line, and can be used as either an end or a defensive tackle. That kind of versatility is similar to that of Mario Edwards Jr.

The one thing that would hinder Chris Baker to Oakland would be his price tag. According to Spotrac, Baker has a market value of around $7 million per year. Unless Baker would be willing to take a discount, I would assume this is out of the Raiders’ price range.

But just in case he could be had at an affordable price, he’d made a tremendous addition.
