Shalom Luani
Shalom Luani is a player that hasn’t draw very much adoration in the draft process, but maybe he should have. The Raiders recently met with him, placing him on the radar of Raider Nation. Luani is an All-PAC 12 safety with average size and a slightly above average athlete.

With two years of games under his belt, Luani proved himself as an asset in coverage. His 8 interceptions stand out, and on film, his instincts and anticipation are a big reason for that production.

Tackling is certainly a concern, as he’ll need to come a long way in this regard to become a starter at the next level. He’s best in zone coverage, so free safety seems like his best spot.
