2017 Draft Class – Defense

Moving on to the defensive side of the ball, we’ll do the same thing that we did for the offense. We’ll go position by position, comparing the size and athleticism thresholds found based on McKenzie’s draft history. After that, we’ll see who makes the cut, who doesn’t, and then build a big board based on that.

There is a lot more to sort through for defense, as more players made the cut giving them slack on being able to fail two categories. We’ll narrow it down further after this.

Defensive Line

Just like with the offensive line, I combined the defensive line into one Google doc. I’ll use separate thresholds for DE and DT based on what was gathered from McKenzie’s draft history, but I’m just putting them into one doc.
