Though they are also 2-2, the Ravens are in worse shape than the Raiders offensively. Even without Carr, the Raiders may still have a better offense than the Ravens. Baltimore has been abysmal on offense this year.

The Ravens haven’t score 10 points in two weeks. They managed just nine last week versus the Pittsburgh Steelers in a division loss. Baltimore was flat-out awful in a neutral site game in London versus the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3. The Ravens managed just seven points against Jacksonville.

In Baltimore’s two wins, they put up 20 points on the Cincinnati Bengals and 24 on the Cleveland Browns. Baltimore’s two division rivals have gone a combined 1-7 this season. That won win came when those two teams squared off last week. The AFC North is probably the worst division in football right now.

So in essence, the Raiders have a decent chance at beating the Ravens at home in Week 5 without Carr because Oakland is playing well on defense and the Ravens are struggling mightily offensively. Expect this to be a low-scoring affair, but the Raiders will certainly have their chance in this one.
