Weather Forecast
The weather looks to be very cooperative in this game between the Raiders and the Ravens. According to Weather.com, temperatures will be in the low-70s throughout the ball game. It will be 72 degrees Fahrenheit at kickoff and shouldn’t get above 75 degrees during the game.
There will not be any precipitation in and around Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, though a good bit of the country is getting heavy rain this weekend. Humidity will be in the mid-30s, so we’re not in for a sticky, hot mess on Sunday.
The one thing to keep in mind is that it will be a little windy in this game. Not to the degree it was in Denver last week, but enough to where it could affect some high-hanging balls in the air. There will be an eight-mile per hour northwest wind at the start of the game. It will pick up to 12 miles per hour and be west by northwest in the fourth quarter.
With this game expected to be a low-scoring one, the increased wind could affect a field goal attempt or a pun slate in the game. It’s all the more reason for the kicking game of the Raiders to be on point in this one.
