The Raiders are playing better ball of late. As for the Giants, they struggle in most games to keep in competitive. One would think that this would be reflected in the line for this ball game being played in Oakland on Sunday afternoon.

According to OddsShark, the Raiders will be laying 7.5 points at home to the visiting Giants. The associated moneylines for this game are Oakland -350 and New York +318. This game’s over/under comes in at a combined 41.5

Point Spread: Oakland -7.5
Moneylines: Oakland -350, New York +318
Over/Under: 41.5

The Raiders laid as many as nine points in some sports books once it was announced that Geno Smith would start in favor of Eli Manning. However, one would have to think that the Raiders not having both of its two best wide receivers available in Michael Crabtree and Amari Cooper might have pushed that line down a tad.

Oakland would be a 4.5-point favorite on a neutral site and a 1.5-point favorite if this game were being played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford. The interesting thing here is the relatively low over/under. Las Vegas doesn’t expect a ton of points in this game. Looks like we’re in for a low-scoring affair on Sunday afternoon at the The Coliseum.
