With the final quarter of the 2017 NFL season upon us, the Oakland Raiders are in make or break mode if they are going to make the AFC playoffs. The team is 6-6 through 12 games and in a three-way tie for first place in the AFC West with the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers.

Oakland will have to play both divisional rivals the rest of the way, plus a pair of worthy adversaries coming out of the NFC East in the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles. If the Raiders go 3-1 in the final four games, theirs odds of making the AFC playoffs at 9-7 seem relatively realistic. Should they come up short of that goal, well, then it’s on to the 2018 NFL Draft.

The Raiders will have more picks in the upcoming NFL Draft than any team in football. They will have a boat load of compensatory picks coming in the sixth round. Where their record has them is picking in the middle of most rounds. Oakland should be able to improve its roster with a few sound picks in the upcoming draft.

The Raiders have primary needs at defensive line, linebacker and running back. Secondary needs include edge players, tight ends and wide receivers. Tertiary needs are guard, offensive tackle and safety. Without further ado, here is the latest 2018 NFL Mack Draft for the Raiders. Maybe one or more of these guys helps this team wins on Sunday’s next year and for seasons to come?
