The NFL Draft is only ten days away, and the Oakland Raiders have 11 picks through the seven rounds. Here are a few players they may want to avoid.

The Oakland Raiders come in the 2018 NFL draft with plenty of holes to fill and many questions still to answer. Jon Gruden’s draft will go a long way in telling us what type of skills he values in young players. Along with how he wants to go about team building.

None of us know what is happening in the Oakland war room exactly. However, given the positional needs of the team, we all can begin pointing out different prospects.

Using what resources are accessible, I’ve been looking into a lot of those prospects and forming my own opinions. Some of them I like and think they’re great fits, while others leave me with a few too many question marks.

Ability is obviously the most significant factors, but things like character fit, scheme fit, and value are essential as well. So, I want to make it clear that just because I put a player on this list does not mean I think they’re bad. So let’s dive into the list.
