Here is what an all-time Oakland Raiders 53-man roster would look like

Ken Stabler, Jim Plunkett
In the history of the Oakland Raiders, there are very few players who are synonymous with the Silver and Black like Ken Stabler. Nicknamed “Snake,” Stabler is one of the most beloved players in the history of the franchise, and it makes sense that he would be one of the two quarterback to dot the all-time 53-man roster.
Stabler played for the Raiders from 1968-79, leading the team to a Super Bowl XI victory over the Minnesota Vikings by the score of 32-14. In that game, Snake threw a one-yard touchdown to Dave Casper to give the Raiders a 10-0 lead, and it was total domination from there, as the offense racked up over 420 yards.
In total, Stabler went to four Pro Bowls as the starting quarterback for the Raiders, while earning NFL Most Valuable Player honors in 1974. Snake passed away in 2015, and a year later, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Like Stabler, Jim Plunkett also led the Raiders to a Super Bowl victory, although he did it twice. The only Latino to ever earn Super Bowl MVP honors, Plunkett won NFL Comeback Player of the Year honors in 1980, and will forever be considered one of the best signal-callers in the history of the Raiders franchise.
Overall, Plunkett helped the Raiders win two Super Bowls in his nine seasons with the team, which is a pretty incredible stat. These two men are the only quarterbacks in the team’s history to lead them to Super Bowl wins, so they earn the two spots on the roster.
