Quarterback (2): Derek Carr, Connor Cook

The Raiders have one of the better young quarterback in the NFL in Derek Carr, and he should only get better under Jon Gruden and Greg Olson. Carr has put up incredible numbers through his first four seasons, and if he can stay healthy in 2018, he could be in for an MVP-type campaign.

The issue with Carr is he has struggled to stay healthy the last two seasons, as he dealt with some serious injuries. The other problem is the backup spot has been an absolute mess this summer, and it is basically a coin flip between Connor Cook and EJ Manuel at this point.

According to Gruden, the backup quarterback may not even be on the roster right now, but Cook has been the first option after Carr so far. He may have played his way out of a job the past few weeks, but for now, we will keep him on the 53-man heading into preseason game No. 4.
