2. November 27, 2016 vs. Carolina Panthers

We have already established what a monster Mack was during that incredible 2016 season, when he really put himself on the map as the elite edge rusher in pro football. While he put together solid performances every week, he likely put his stamp on his MVP campaign at the end of November, when he led the Raiders to a exciting victory over the Carolina Panthers by the score of 35-32.

Playing in front of his home fans, Mack put on a performance for the ages, Mack became the first player since 2009 to collect a sack, interception, forced fumble, fumble recovery, and defensive touchdown in a single game. The touchdown was his only one as a member of the Raiders, but the image of him jumping in to the crowd after scoring is one that Raiders fans won’t soon forget.

Of course, the Raiders season blew up a month later, as Derek Carr broke his leg on Christmas Eve. For Mack, the Panthers game is one of the best he has ever had during his time in Oakland, and is only surpassed by the monster game he had against the Denver Broncos late in the 2015 NFL season.
