The Raiders lost in gut-wrenching fashion again on Sunday, losing 28-20 to the Miami Dolphins. Here are five takeaways from the game.

For three quarters the Raiders outplayed their opponent once again, similar to what the did in Denver last weekend. However, the wheels came off in the final frame and the team collapsed into defeat once again. When will this trend come to an end?

There are multiple holes on the roster, Gruden was spot on with his assessment. It his hard to pinpoint one issue that is plaguing the team because frankly, there are many. The pass rush is incapable of playing a full 60 minutes. The offense, especially Derek Carr, makes too many costly mistakes. And when they need to the most, the defense cannot come up with a stand.

The Raiders should have won on Sunday. They looked like the better team for a majority of the game. But due to multiple missed opportunities and some ghastly errors, the Raiders surrendered to their third loss of the season.

Here are our five takeaways from the loss in Miami.
