There are multiple holes on the roster, Gruden was spot on with his assessment. It his hard to pinpoint one issue that is plaguing the team because frankly, there are many. The pass rush is incapable of playing a full 60 minutes. The offense, especially Derek Carr, makes too many costly mistakes. And when they need to the most, the defense cannot come up with a stand.
The Raiders should have won on Sunday. They looked like the better team for a majority of the game. But due to multiple missed opportunities and some ghastly errors, the Raiders surrendered to their third loss of the season.
