The Oakland Raiders will look to get their first win of the season against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, and these five guys must step up to do so.

The Oakland Raiders head back home in Week 4, after two straight losses on the road against the Denver Broncos and Miami Dolphins. This weekend, the Raiders will welcome Baker Mayfield and the Cleveland Browns to town, in what will be Mayfield’s first NFL start, after coming on in relief of Tyrod Taylor last Thursday night.

For the Raiders, they have had way too many issues finishing games, and have been outscored 37-3 in the fourth quarter this season. The game plan has looked so good early on, which is very frustrating, especially considering the team has had the lead in all three of their games this season going into halftime.

Cleveland got their first win since December of 2016 against the Jets on  Thursday night, and that was thanks to the rookie Mayfield, who the team took with the first overall pick this past April. The Browns are no longer the pushover they once were, but they are coming West to take on the Raiders, who should be playing in front of a fired-up home crowd on Sunday.

Here are five players who must be better in Week 4 if the Raiders are going to get the win.
