The Oakland Raiders finally put one in the win column this past weekend, and will look to continue their winning ways inside the division on Sunday.

Heading into their Week 5 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers, the Oakland Raiders know there is plenty of work to be done, despite winning their first game this past Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. The Raiders allowed 42 points to rookie quarterback Baker Mayfield and the Browns offense, and it does not get any easier facing Philip Rivers on Sunday.

Rivers can still fling it, and with all the big plays the Raiders have allowed this season, you can be sure he is going to take his shots downfield. The Chargers have gotten out to a 2-2 start to the 2018 season, but have not looked like the team most expected to win the AFC West this year.

Oakland got a good effort from a ton of players in their victory last weekend, including Derek Carr, who threw for over 400 yards against the Browns. The defense actually forced some turnovers for once, and they were able to escape with the victory, despite allowing nearly 500 yards to Cleveland.

Here are five Raiders who must be better in Week 5.
