Oakland Raiders fall to 1-4 with uninspired performance Sunday

Looking Forward
It is hard to say where the Raiders go from here, as there was so much hope heading into this matchup with the Chargers. They have been one of the more frustrating teams to watch this season, and if they continue to play like this, they may end up with the first overall pick in next April’s NFL Draft.
A lot of the guys on this team have a ton of pride, so there is no way they are going to mail the season in, especially with how much parity there is in the conference. However, the AFC West is pretty much a fantasy, and with losses already against the Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos, who knows where this team may end up.
With the Arizona Cardinals winning on Sunday, the Raiders are now one of a handful of teams with the worst record in football through the first five weeks. They take on Seattle across the pond in Week 6, and then have their bye week in Week 7, which cannot come soon enough.
