Three Stars

1. Seahawks Pass Rush

The Raiders offensive line has been decimated with injuries, forcing Oakland to make due with two rookie tackles and backups to fill in for the time being. The state of this offensive line is a recipe for disaster and it showed on Sunday as Carr was sacked six times, coughing up the football twice on the day. Frank Clark personally contributed 2.5 sacks for Seattle.

2. Seattle Run Game

Though both teams wanted to establish the run game head on, the strategy only worked for the Seahawks. Seattle picked up over 100 yards rushing for the fourth straight game as they out gained the Raiders, who had 88 rushing yards on the day. The Raiders defense simply could not get off the field as Seattle ran run play after run play.

3. Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson was the better quarterback on the field as he put up three passing touchdowns on the day with a QBR of 125.4. Perhaps even more telling was his ability to escape the pocket when facing pressure to make a play, a facet that Carr has been missing on the season.
