It has been a season to forget so far for the Oakland Raiders, and here are 12 steps they can take to fix their biggest problems moving forward.

Through the first six week of the 2018 NFL season, the Oakland Raiders went from possible playoff team, to one of the worst teams in all of football. The issues started around the time they decided to trade away Khalil Mack, and it has been a steady decline ever since.

The beginning of the season brought hope, as the team hung in their first three games, holding the lead at half time in each contest. However, they lost all three of those games, and had a real chance to lose game No. 4, as they had to work overtime to beat the Cleveland Browns.

Since then, they have looked like the worst team in football, getting absolutely trounced by the Los Angeles Chargers and Seattle Seahawks. This team could get worse before it gets better, but we have some recommendations on how they can turn this thing around before this becomes a multiple-year situation.

Here are 12 steps the team can take before kickoff of the 2019 NFL season to fix their biggest problems.
