Make Jon Gruden stick to coaching

This is likely not going to happen, but someone has to tell Jon Gruden to stick to coaching. When he gets his hands on a roster, he does nothing productive, and we have seen that already in Oakland, as Khalil Mack currently plays for the Chicago Bears.

While Reggie McKenzie continues to be the man in charge of making the deals for the Raiders, you can be sure that Gruden is the one pulling the strings. That cannot happen, and while McKenzie has not had the best track record in bringing in talent, the Raiders need to bring in someone who can do just that.

Gruden is at his best when he is focusing on coaching, and we have seen what he can do in terms of production. He has gotten way too involved in the decision making when it comes to the roster, and that has hurt this team this season. Let us hope that is not how it is going to go the entire ten years of his contract.
