Do not re-sign these players

The Raiders have 31 players who will be free agents this upcoming summer according to spotrac, and many of them should not be re-signed by the organization. That includes guys who have gotten a ton of playing time this season, but have no business being a part of the long-term plan moving forward.

There is no reason why players like Reggie Nelson, Leon Hall, Marcus Gilchrist or Doug Martin should be on the 2019 Oakland Raiders. If they are, then something went seriously wrong this offseason for Jon Gruden and Reggie McKenzie, if those two can stay together for another offseason.

There are more than just those guys on that list of 31 who should be shown the door, but it shows you how dysfunctional this roster is right now. Sure, guys like Erik Harris, Jared Cook and Daryl Worley should be re-signed, just to name a few, but take a look at that list and tell me how many of those guys do you actually want to see wearing the Silver and Black next season.
