The Oakland Raiders are looking for win No. 2 on the season this Sunday, and here are five realistic expectations of the team in Week 8.

The Oakland Raiders were expected to be a competitive team in the AFC West this season, but the year has not gone as planned. When the team hired Jon Gruden back in January, the expectation was he would turn the team back into a playoff contender, but the Raiders have been slowly stripping the roster down.

First, the team traded star Khalil Mack before the season, sending him to the Chicago Bears for draft picks. Then, during the bye week last week, the team traded away WR1 Amari Cooper, leaving a big hole at the top of their depth chart at the position.

Regardless, the team has ten games left to play this season, and coming off the bye, they welcome the Indianapolis Colts to town. The Colts are nothing to write home about either this season, as they have won only two games, against the Washington Redskins in Week 2, and the lowly Buffalo Bills this past Sunday.
