The Houston Cougars are not a powerhouse college football program by any means, but they may have the best overall player in the country in Ed Oliver. An absolute beast from his defensive tackle position, Oliver is a guy who could be picked in the top-5 next April, where this Raiders team will likely have a selection.

Sure, PJ Hall and Maurice Hurst have played well as rookies, but adding Oliver would give this defensive front so much more versatility. They could move players all around, and finally be able to stop the run on a consistent basis. Oliver is a special talent, and it is going to be very hard to pass him up with three first round picks.
