If the Raiders do not have a top-3 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft, they likely are not going to get Nick Bosa, which means they have to settle for the second-best edge rusher in this draft class. That man is Clelin Ferrell, who has helped the Clemson Tigers get to two of the last three national title games, and is as NFL-ready as any player in this draft class.

Ferrell is a guy who can play on the edge, or on the inside,  though the Raiders would likely team him with Arden Key on the outside. He is a monster at getting into the backfield, racking up double-digit tackles for a loss over the last three seasons, and has 21.5 sacks in his college career heading into Saturday.
