Looking ahead

The Raiders were starting a part of their schedule with some very winnable games on it, so the loss to the Colts was extremely disappointing to Raider Nation. Oakland once again played good football through the first three quarters, only to be a complete embarrassment in the final frame.

The Raiders have a short week this week, as they take on the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday Night Football. Oakland just could not get it done for four quarters on Sunday, and it looks like they could be headed towards the first overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Carr looked a lot better under center, and even stepped up in pressure against the Colts. The Raiders could very well win their game this week, as the San Francisco 49ers are a joke this season, but they are going to have to put four quarters together if they want to move to 2-6 on the season.
