The Oakland Raiders left the Coliseum being dominated by the Los Angeles Chargers, and here’s five takeaways from the 20-6 loss.

It’s beginning to look more and more likely that the Oakland Raiders indeed finish the 2018 season with a 1-15 record as they continue to falter with ugly losses each week. Following a primetime loss to the 49ers in which they scored just three points, the Raiders managed just two field goals in their loss to division rival Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

Raiders fans can take pride in the fact that the score was just 20-6 as opposed to a more stereotypical blowout like they witnessed in Santa Clara (yes, we’re at that point in the season where we take pride in losing in a somewhat respectable fashion). Make no mistake though, the Chargers dominated this game as expected.

The losses are piling up  week in and week out as the only thing trending upward for the Silver and Black is their odds for the number one pick. Injuries and frustrations were on display as a lost season seems to finally be getting to a boiling point for the players, and what’s tough to swallow is that we still have seven more games to watch before this nightmare season is finally over.

Here’s five takeaways from Sunday’s 20-6 loss to the Chargers.
