The injury plague continues

Poor play all around has been met with injuries that have battered the Raiders offensive line and their leading rusher, and now the injury bug has hit the already depleted receiving corps. Martavis Bryant left the game early with a knee injury, a possible PCL tear being the worst case scenario.

He’ll likely miss extended time that will again force new rotations in the receiving corps, and while his production can be questioned the injury is undoubtedly another cloud that is looming over this 2018 season.

Bryant’s injury will likely mean new faces playing extended snaps for the offense, but with seven games still left in the season Oakland desperately needs healthy bodies on the field. The season is lost but there’s still a lot of football left to be played, and Oakland can’t afford the injury list to grow.
