Frustrations starting to boil

There were plenty of eyes on Jared Cook throughout Sunday’s loss to the Chargers, but they were for all the wrong reasons. Cook had a few bad drops early on and finished the day with just four catches on nine targets for 52 yards, but his notable plays were his scuffles with the opponent.

Cook ended the day taking a swing at Desmond King, and it was ultimately the result of a frustrating season finally coming to a boil and being put on display in front of a home crowd. The frustrations are totally understandable, but they don’t make it any less painful to watch as a fan.

Here’s hoping we don’t see the frustrations on display in the coming weeks, but can we really blame the players for airing it out on the field? Blowout losses and being dominated on a weekly basis will eventually take a toll (as if they haven’t already for these Raiders).
